Pi6200 to Di520

I am trying to connect a Pi6200 to a Di520 which has not been network connected before.

I have moved from a damaged (Rusty) Di620 the obvious connectivity parts.

1. Hard Drive
2. Hard Drive Fan *2
3. Hard Drive PSU
4. Short SCSI Cable
5. 1 memory piece
6. PWB W
7. DipSW1 switch settings copied from Di620 1-4on Rest off

The machine will format the hard drive but I do not get an online light and the Fiery and Machine do not seem to be communicating.

Can someone see something I am missing or is PWB W different Di520-Di620?

I have not moved the interface before and are just assuming it should be possible. Help will be appreciated.
