bizhub c224e printing blank pages when printing from Pronto accounting application.

Hi, got a newly installed printer thats printing word and excel documents but printing blank pages when prints are commanded from the Pronto app. I also have another same model in another office of the same customer that can print from Pronto.

I am suspecting it could be an internal setup with the app that their IT needs to do. Has anyone came across this fault and would like to assist?

Nothing on this issue on CSES...
