Check the registration roller.
It binds up and can cause that kind of jam.

I seem to remember long ago a bulletin to replace an with an updated exit section paper guide and also a change to the fusing unit.

Edit:

Look at bulletin #7705. It says for 3205 jams but maybe related.

The following changes have been made to resolve paper exit jamming issues (J32-05) when using low grade
paper (intense paper/moisture uptake with a low rigidity).

Check if the vertical guide isnt dislogged from hinges on Tray 1 or 2. They tend to snap on the clip. There is mod as reinforced part to keep it in place.

Hi

Would you have the mod part number?

Hi

Would you have the mod part number?

Hope this helps:
Tray 1
A0ED569100 - Reinforce Part Front
A0ED569200 - Reinforce Part Rear

Tray2
A0ED579100 - Reinforce Part Front
A0ED579200 - Reinforce Part Rear

These will help to keep the Vertical guides in the hinges, it may not cure the J30-03. Your reg flag may be weak on spring or worn.
Replace it together with Registration sensor.
Also check for any dust on sensor or disloged flag in the upper brach section (vertical conveyance door section on top)

Root Cause
Jam code 3205
with paper jammed at the Fusing Unit. This may occur when paper is fed immediately
after warmup.
Workaround/Fix
CAUSE: Due to environmental high temperature and/or high humidity, paper curl is excessive and, in transport,
paper catches the paper exit guide.
SOLUTION: Please install the Guide Film (p/n A0ED 7414 00) and Slide Tape (p/n A0ED 8972 00) as is shown
in attached Bulletin Number 7587.
If the guide is damaged or worn please replace it with the modified one (p/n A0ED 8904 02). See attached
replacement instructions.
A modified Fusing Unit assembly (p/n A0ED R720 22) now includes the Guide Film. Please see attached Parts
Modification Notice for the changes.

just a side note, those reinforce mods for the vert guides are not to repair if tab is broken off. This mod will prevent breaking easily and like the other poster said keep in place.

The key issue here is poor quality/damp paper.

Try customer on thicker paper, 90/100GSM works great in high humidity environments.

And yet, I have a realty with about 15 agents and a school with 30 users that manage to knock them out, even with reinforce parts. I want to post a SLOW THE HELL DOWN sign on the right door!
