Bizhub 367 Transfer Roller Counter Blues

Can anyone offer some advice please... I've installed a few bits including a new transfer roller into our mono Bizhub 367e (actually it's a Develop badge of the same machine). Problem is that when I go into [service mode] > [Counter] > [Life] to reset the roller's counter in the usual way tap to highlight and press C, I can't select/highlight [Transfer Roller Unit] it to clear the count. So the machine is working, but constantly nagging that the roller needs replacing soon.

Any help much appreciated!

I think you have to do New Release which require opening front door then pressing start clear when it turns blue
