Just had a customer call that has a Bizhub 600 with an error code of C5101 I'm not real familiar with this box. Tried to google it and a lot of Kyocera's come up with the same error.
Is there a reset for this, and if so how? Also, if someone has a service manual they could share it would be much appreciated.
