blank prints on ineo + 454e normal copies !

hello,

the issue started last week and no one is able to print anything all the prints are blank ! i connected my laptop directly with the machine still the same BLANK ,

the copy is working just fine !

any suggestions on the cause or how to solve this problem

Can the machine do internal prints like the counter pages or the demo page?

yes it do the internal prints !

yesterday i changed the driver from PCL to Postscript and it start printing normally !

BUT the problem with the postscript is very slow on the network ,so the machine takes a long time to recieve and print a single job !
and there is 80 people printing on that machine

i have to change back to PCL driver ! but i have no idea why it prints blank prints


any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi There...
Since the internal print tests are ok...it is just driver issue go back to pcl and see...

Try using LPR instead of RAW on the port settings.
Could be a driver version problem.
Did you try updating the firmware?

no i didn't try updating the firmware ! i will try i hope it helps

the machine doesn't show any error after it prints
