I'm sure I'll have to go back and check the symptom again, but I did see it leave a cyan background
on prints, even in the erased area on the edges. The copies look good black and white and color.
The half tones look smooth and even. The test prints also look ok.

Is there a setting for some kind of bias voltage for printing but not coping?

Thanks

Dev Bias choice ON/OFF
Re-seating C-IU. Cleaned contacts, chargers.
I presume you tried Stabiliser Background reset and then after Gradations adjust?

habik,
:) Thank you for the reply. I did run the gradation but not the stabilizer reset. I should've looked a little more.
I will see what it has to say about the dev bias shoice.

Thanks again

If the stabilization and gradation doesn't help, I wouldn't be a bit surprised of the cyan is overtoned. Take a peek in the waste bottle. Is 2/3 of the total volume blue? =^..^=
