Oce 9800 Error 22101 PE:~Copy counter not conected~

Hello.
I have a problem with an oce9800. Every morning i turn it on it gives 22101 error and i have to reset it . In service manual it says that 1- copy counter is defect or not connected, 2- CONSUPLV defect.
Anyone else had this problem and knows a resolve for it?
