Already did a fuser on this machine a few months back and the machine is creasing again, guides are fine, tires are good. has anyone had any similar issues with this box? thank you

Check your exit rollers, on one of them the rubber on the roller comes out of place. Hopefully if it it's out of place you can slide it back, without having to disassemble half the copier to get the exit rollers .

“Compressing Spring” and “Conveyance Assy” have changed and a “Reinforce Plate” has been added
To prevent paper from wrinkling in the Vertical Conveyance Section, the following changes have been implemented.
- The quantity of the Compressing Spring has been changed to 1 piece from 2 pieces, and a “Compressing Coil
Spring” has been added.
- The “Reinforce Plate” and 3 “Screws” (V137030803) have been added as shown below.
- Due to this change, the part number of the “Conveyance Assy” also is changed.

Parts No. of Conveyance Assy Change (VERTICAL CONVEYANCE SECTION)
As the paper wrinkles countermeasure of the Vertical Conveyance Section, due to the Compressing Spring change and the
Reinforce Plate, the Screw addition in the Conveyance Assy, the Parts No. of the Conveyance Assy has been changed.
The information about "the Compressing Spring change" and "the Reinforce Plate or the Screw addition", we reported in
bulletin 9962.


Here is another Bulletin 10143 that mentions Compressing Coil Springs not sure if related to wrinkling
: “Compressing Coil Spring” and the “Neutralizing Part” Change
In order to improve contact of the “Compressing Coil Spring” and the “Neutralizing Part”, the below changes have been
implemented.
- The shape of the “Compressing Coil Spring” has been changed as shown below. (Figure 1)
- The shape of the “Neutralizing Part” has also been changed. (Figure 2)
Due to the above changes, the part number for of the “Conveyance Assy” will be changed at a later time.
