I still have a few customers that wont let go of these. Can't say I blame them since this model is such a good workhorse. I upgraded most of them but still have a few I service. Most would probably still have them if not for the faxing issues.
Customer says they can RX fine but TX is giving them trouble. They claim it is only certain #'s that wont go through. Of course they verified the destination #'s by sending from a stand-alone fax and they TX fine.
I remember a lot of issues with VoIP and the older K/M models. I think this was one of the issues? But I remember a Biz 250 that wouldn't TX at all and just ring. The customer says some faxes go through.
Anyway it's been awhile since anything came up about this and wondering if anyone ever found a workaround to get a biz 250 (FK-503) to work with VoIP?
Thanks in advance
