Had an issue the other day with SMB scanning to a customers mac that they are using as a server (I believe OSX10.11, Didn't actually have access to this machine just credentials to send to it). The file would appear in the folder and then machine would E301 and auto reboot to clear fault. Tried compact pdf, pdf and jpeg with same result. C258 is on G00-E1. SMB scan to one of their windows 7 workstations no problem. Tried SMB scan to one of our OSX10.11 macs in the office form our C258 no problem. Setup a user box SMB shared form the machine instead as well as email to get them up and going with some usable scan sollutions. Would like to sort it out so they can scan how they specified though. Any great ideas?

Do it the other way round. Setup the SMB server on the machine to share a user box.
Real time saver.

The C3350 had firmware update that fixed that about 2 weeks ago
Maybe try firmware. Im on road so cant check if it applies to 308 series but chances are it doesComment
