Hello, fiery IC-413 installed on Bizhub C6000 is dead. It began disconnecting intermittently, and today the display shows "E1" and alarm.
I canīt acces to fiery and reinstall drivers.
Help please!

Can you ping? And what about Remote Desktop?

What addres to ping? I connect fiery to Laptop.

Ping the Fiery's ip address. Try to access it via Remote Desktop.

If you can do those things, it could help understand what went wrong. The Fiery could be hung up on some corrupt print job - running a cleanup.bat file (somewhere on the spool folder, I can't recall exactly) might bring it up to life.

If you can't ping or rdp to it, then there's only one thing to do: Reinstall the system firmware, with the possibility that the harddrive needs to be replaced too...

with an E1 message (usually AA if SS corrupt) i would remove the cover and check the fans and heatsink on the CPU, ive seen 2 break legs and cause the fiery to error and eventually reboot. not that this one is but id check it out physically first.

Hi guys, the problem is solved. Just a deep cleaning of internal contacts, dust and lint out, and the fiery is back to life.
