    Need help on AU-201 menu on C224e

    Hi,

    I have a C224e MFP with an AU-201 card reader (authentication device). I know that there should be a settings menu somewhere for the authentication device itself with things like supported card types, timeouts etc, but can't seem to find it (neither in the stop-00-stop-01 menu or otherwere). Could someone share some light on this, then I would be very grateful.

      Install the AU-201H LDD, then in billing mode set authentication device 2 card. There is nothing else to program unlike the AU-205. This can be configured for 1 of 3 formats or all. With 3rd party software, in most cases, you have to tell it you are using card a card reader, and as soon as you manage the device the reader becomes available. Emujo
