View Full Version : Bizhub C35 scan error insufficient memory HDD Full

Scan to email results in a error all of a sudden. The machine was setup a month ago and ran fine with no errors. Now it can't scan at all and the message is "error insufficient memory HDD Full ".
Does anyone no how to solve this problem?

Its a problem with compact PDF scanning.
Change the default from compact PDF to normal PDF.
First change the settings as if you want to scan.
After changing the settings go to utility -> user settings -> scan settings -> default settings and set to current settings.
There is firmware to fix this to use the compact PDF.
