Manual says to replace the controller board. "DRAM Memory Error on the controller board".
None of the part numbers I'm finding are able to be ordered via parts dept.

Anyone know of a reset or workaround to get machine up and running? I don't typically work on Lexmark machines.

Are you sure of the model name . I can only see c520, x520 and t520 and they are all different but about the same foot print.

look at the rear of the machine and find the lablel that says machine type. It is easier to identify it exactly. A number type like e.g 7016-679

Model was T520, networked. Had the controller board ordered, notified customer that the board was in transit but I did not have an ETA.\
Was then informed that they intended to replace the machine. Which, I mean, yay for me. I just hope they replace it with a brand I can work on.
