Does anybody know anything about the AirPrint scan settings on the newer Konica machines?

Here you go..BTW, this little gem of a document is included with every "8" series. It's in the package of docs and CDs. You may want to see if there is an updated version that comes with the latest B&Ws. Emujo

Thanks Emujo. I've set up and used AirPrint before; however, now there's an "AirPrint Scan" setting that I have never seen or used before. I see no mention of it in the manual.

34356Sorry, posted the wrong doc..Try this one. Remember, AirPrint won't work across different subnets, and if user authentication is enforced you will have to set "print w/o authentication" to enable as there is no way to send username/password info. Emujo

Have you tried Pagescope Mobile? It is a full function printing and scanning App. It works great. I have recommended it to all of my customers and they seem to like it a lot.

Thanks guys. The last PDF answered my question. It looks like AirPrint scanning is only applicable in Mac environments.

Well yeah because airprint is a feature from Apple. Airprint works via IPP protocol via Apple's bonjour service.

Mopria would be the Android variant of a airprint I guess you could say.
