I'm trying to install the animation guide on a C364e using a USB and file that works on another C364e. The machine will not detect the USB is install from any port. Is there a way the USB ports can be disabled or does anyone have an idea why none of the USB ports will recognize the USB? AND/OR is there another way to upload the animation guide?

I just tried using an 8gb USB and it worked. Why the 2gb USB that worked in the other machine isn't working I have no idea, but at least I have the file loaded now...

Are you using USB 3.0?
in some device, USB 3.0 is not worked properly. Try using USB 2.0.

You need to have the correct firmware to match the animation guide.

Best solution is first install the latest firmware (currently GD2-M1) Then set the function version to the latest 7.

Now you can install the Animation guide, (Animation Guide Data Version G00-30)

I'd say try to reformat the memory stick using FAT32. Found that the Konica Minolta's seem to prefer that to the default FAT.
