BH-363, "Thick2" not fusing well

Prints with paper 160gr/m² are not fusing well though using manual feed table, paper settings are @ Thick2 which is for 150/200gr/m² paper. Temperature is already raised +10°C

I know that this is one of the weak points of the machine. Question: Are there any hidden soft switches to boost either the temperature even more or reduce fusing speed as with color machines?

Is it peeling off or smudging?

Byting on bits.

Smudging & offsetting. Toner can be rubbed off too.

Are the fuser rollers OEM?
Grad adjustment done?

Jip does not work well at all on that machine.
It does not even transfers properly on the thicker stuff.

Add a resistor inline on the thermistor lead.
Who does not like a nice fire?

UFR is of our own production which is proven to be by FAR outstanding OEM.

Grad adjustment has been done since set up about 40K ago, but I cannot see the connection between that and the bad fusing. Even when reducing the density in the service mode problem exists though a little less.

Thanks for thinking with me guys.

Also like the 3de party ones better.
The 3de Party thermistors works like magic, does not scratch like the original part.

Looking at the Thick settings, Thick to specs should work. Is it glossy paper?? are you sure of the GSM rating?

from a technical standpoint, if the paper brand is not listed in this attachment its not supported unless you send Konica a couple reams to test and officially approve it with the suggested settings or they can say it wont work and thats not your problem...technically.

On this series you can change "User paper settings" to adjust the thickness. It allows thick setting higher than Thick 2. I think it is in service mode, or it could be in admin mode.
