If this was a sky shot, your developer is dead. Start with a DV612K black developing unit. =^..^=

it has 40% life left how can it all of a sudden die? :/

Are you going to let that yield indicator dictate when you will solve this quality issue? You will probably never get to 0% remaining. The images will go completely blank, or give Add Toner indications long before you get to 0% remaining. This might be one of those opportunities for you to think for yourself. =^..^=

Charge issue?
Is that a sky shot or a print?

Did you clean anything? Did you do a stabilization and gradation? The manual covers this nicely. =^..^=

yes i did gradation only wanted to do stabilization but got busy, will do that today machine is printing fine

except for following error

C2558
Abnormally high toner density detected black TCR sensor
• TC ratio in the developing unit, which is determined by toner replenishing amount control mechanism, is a predetermined value or more for a given number of times consecutively.

error c2558 apears some time, could this be the reason the Dev unit got damaged?

was that a new developing unit you installed or a second hand one ?

tcr sensor calibration is only performed on a new unit.

it was old one, swapped it from another machine, after few prints it gives me c 2558 error like 2/3 times a day

what i read in the manual TCR calibration is done every time you open and close the Front Door

No TCR is only initialized once by reading(popping) the new chip. TCR is monitored constantly.
If you are a ninja you can fix it by adding or removing toner.
Every TCR sensor is a little different(tolerance) that is why new developer is factory mixed to exactly 6.5%.

Nailed IT

The developer i used swapped was from C452 into C552 machine, Since it was old so timing/speed difference with the toner Gave me error Code C 2558

which is now fixed i as put the Orignal DV unit back into C552 and poured the Developer of C452 in to DV unite of C552

All works fine, but after 3-4 days use the black ink starts to fade away again

i intalled new black toner, but still no use, filltered and added more developer(used one) works for 3 days and Fades away again!

You have answered your own question, Fit A NEW developer unit & stop messing around topping up old units, you have no way of knowing how much to pour in!
A new dev unit will run way past 500k if the machine is looked after.

I have had a couple of failed PRCB boards fail not driving the toner supply motor.

I manually added the toner to the DV and it is working totally fine, which means it is the toner motor issue or the board

how shell i test the motor to make sure its motor not the board?
