Bizhub C360 intermittant duplex jams

The call was for duplex jams. If I push in on the right side door, it runs fine. So I figured out a way to shim that assembly
that feeds paper to the fuser, up tighter and the jamming sub-sided for awhile. But it is coming back.
I recall hearing about a Mod for the door.

Can anyone tell me the part number? I'm sure the customer would appreciate it, and I would too.

Are all the catches that hold the door closed ok?
The one at the top on the machine side is prone to breaking and causing jams.
Just a thought.

Thank you for that suggestion. Although I did not specificly check for cracks, I will on my next trip.
But it did seem to latch OK, but that would account for the extra play.

I will look at this later today.
