[Misc] V-Care Information Sent

Hi Everyone,

Can you confirm what type of data V-Care sends? Is it "readable text" or "Encrypted Text"? Or does it possibly send a "package".

Having a debate with an end user and for the life of me I can't find the relevant information.

since it dumps straight into the server i would image encrypited. they probably have a way to read it on the other end
