I have a C452 with a folding unit in the finisher, when anyone prints or copies more than one page to tri-fold the first page exits folded as expected and the remaining pages sit in the stacker unit unfolded and the machine cycles like it has no idea anything is wrong. I can hear the spinning of rollers inside the finisher, but the machine will stay in this state until you open the finisher door. Any thoughts?
