C280 with error code C 2560

Has any body dealt with error code c 2560 on konicaminolta c280? what was the fix if you remember?

Could it be C2561, C2562, C2563, or C2564? Printcopy does not show this as one of the possible codes. =^..^=

it has to do with SV ERB OR PRCB-PWB .

if it turns out to be code from last post its a tcr error ( toner control) being dev ratio is off. may need to check tone add or try adding toner through toner add mode. anyhow all these codes are in the service on the machine. tells you what the error is.
