bizhub C224 rom/firmware

Hi all,
can anybody help me to find or point out for latest rom / firmwares for KM bizhub C224, or link to download. Obviously im stupid or i cant find anywhere to download it.

Now i have:
ROM Version
MFP Card Version
MFP Controller BOOT Program A2X00Y0-1E00-G00-01(00)
MFP Controller Linux Base Linux-2.6.26.8-rt16
MFP Controller Kernel Program A2XK0Y0-1C00-G00-11
MFP Controller SubSet A2XK0Y0-1F00-G00-06(00)
MFP Controller A2XK0Y0-0100-G00-68(00)
Operation Panel Message Data A2XK0Y0-8100-G00-67

But im missing some features like IWS settings, and i have problem with sending scan mail.
I dont have SMTP Auth. options like Kereros, NTLv1, Login, Plain etc...

You're not stupid, there are no "links" to KM firmware and manuals. Dealer and direct employees have access to this info but the general public does not. If you want to update your device, have a trained KM tech come out and do it. Emujo
