Hello all.

Have a customer 2hrs drive away with intermittent "Internal Error" issue during prints to the machine + Address Book can't be exported (this could be browser issue but, I'll be wiser when onsite.) To cure it re-boot is required or opning front door.

So far has been done:
IP Conflict has been negated
Network set to factory defaults and re-entered correct data
Driver updated to the latest ver.

To follow:
Firmware sits at D2. but re-flashing is the next step along with diferent Data Socket and port on switch + Network lead replacement

Suspecting: MFPB or HDD if above fails?

Has anyone came across this or similar issue? ANY ideas are welcome and appreciated. Cheers!!

I have a list of what could cause it, just want to get my guns ready when onsite and from what I understand it will be network related issue.

Thats surely the first step, but the issue starts at any given time from any pc at any time and any app.

Second, I'd set the laptop to DHCP and connect it to the printer's network cable. I would run NetScan to find one of the servers, then start a continuous ping to see if the times stay consistently around 1ms. =^..^=
