Hey Gang!! Does anybody use any kind of a surge protection device that knocks down the neutral to ground? We have always had good luck with ESP Z models, but they have quit making them. We are looking for a replacement! Would like to hear some thoughts!
Thanks

It is a customer responsibilty to provide proper power.

Yes, we sell some power protection, but we can't be expected to be the do-all, end-all, be-all solution.

I know we all have power nightmares to share, so here's my worst one:

A Canon NP 350 in a factory office kept blowing a motor controller board.

After the 3rd one in about 3 months, it finally dawned on me *DUH* to check the wall voltage.

About 120 volts between hot and neutral, but 384 volts (no typo) from neutral to ground.

It was a wonder nobody got shocked (or worse). Even more unbelievable the machine actually worked.
