[Misc] IC 304 Wont establish a connection

Hello,

I have a IC-304 Creo and I want to use it for my Bizhub c6501 but it just says 'establishing connection". Not sure if the issue is on the Konica or the IC 304?

It may be on static IP.

My colleague had it once out of the box.
