ok like it says I have a magicolor machine around 30 k on it it has the 0f50 code
I can not seem to reset it.. I have the maintenance manual on it and it is as clear as mud
its a sensor ps7 or prcb the sensor is mentioned only like 3 times in the service manual
and it is called an ohp sensor period there is a location it seems on page 323 but that's it
any thoughts or ideas on this? thanks all

I know this isn't the same model but i had this code a few times on a few bizhub c3110s. I ended up replacing the imaging unit of the color of the sensor mentioned on the manual. So far no callbacks for the same code once changed. Hope this helps good luck.

It is an optical sensor, have you given it a good cleaning in that area?

I have not yet. Because the service book is so vague. I've been trying to just diagnose the problem. I didn't think it was in any drum unit

Look in the parts manual. It give you a very good shot of where PS7 is located.
