Hi All, customer has FS-1135 on one computer, USB connected. Not on a network. They upgraded to windows 10 3 months ago and it has been working just fine.l
Then one day last week it will not scan. Says can not connect to machine. Printing from PC is ok, just wont scan to PC. Is it possible a windows update is blocking? I checked firewall and its being controlled by McAffe. Is this a problem? At a loss here. Never had any problems like this. Tried uninstalling and re installing, same problem. Thanks for any suggestions.

That's the problem with USB, not really much to troubleshoot. Are you using TWAIN, WIA or WSD ? I'd try one of the other protocols to see if you can get them to work.

Update the wsd driver or twain driver. It seems the old verison is not compitable. You can find it here. Object moved (http://Www.copystar.com)
