Where can I download the Imagerunner C2880 firmware? I keep getting install black drum message. I replace the drum and then the transfer.

First question...was the ITB assembly replaced as a unit, and was it new?

You also might want to look at the connector on the rear of the process unit itself for toner inside, and make sure there is good contact.

I've also seen bad contact on the bushings of the 4 primary transfers cause weird stuff.

Otherwise the firmware would need to be installed using SST.

Yes it is a new transfer assembly and a new drum.
I have the sst but need the firmware.
