Dell 2355dn Paper from bottom tray will not quite feeding

Dell 2355dn will not quite feeding paper from bottom tray. Paper pickup roller continues to feed paper until the machine jams. I took left side panel off and found a solenoid that seems to be working ok. I do not think this is the feed roller release solenoid. I could be wrong. Any ideas on why paper feed roller will not stop turning? Thanks.

its got to be the clutch is sticking if its like the hp's that I do and a lot of other machines the solenoid pulls a latch that releases the clutch then when the solenoid shuts off a spring pulls the latch back to stop the clutch the latch bumper gets sticky and the latch sticks to the solenoid and the clutch continues to go take off the solenoid and clean the back of the latch maybe a touch of oil on the spring clutch
