hello, how to see error logs in a c352? xerox copiers have "history errors" to see failures, but i dont know where to see them in konica...
before replae the mainboard i need to check if another part is having error...

service mode it will give jam and error codes. are you replacing the mfp or main pwb. what is you issue. you may not need to replace bd. i have never replaced many of these bds.

I'm with Woxner on this one. I don't remember having to replace a board on one of these machines. What problem are you having? It may help to state the issue and have an experienced KonMin tech give advise.

machine turn off many times... some times can print 10-15 pages and then turn off again, and turn on later...
we replaced hard disk from another machine and same results...

may need firmware redone or nvram is going bad. its been awhile but there might be a nvram reset for this.

no real way to check on these machines unlike the new ones. the symptom you have is one of nvram. but do firmware first to see if it helps
