[Misc] C353 with an IC-409

I have a customer that has the above configuration. Well it is kind of a weird thing, both through the Fiery and the copier, the image that they are printing is shrunk about a 0.25 inch. They have a test pattern that is a box that is 6 inch square and when it is printed it is 5.75 square. Most people this would not concern, but they are printers and it affects their labels when they do them. Just wondering if there was something that could be done.

What app they print from and what file type?

He was doing this test through Indesign, but I am pretty sure that it does it all the time, no matter what the program is.

Have them convert the indesign file into a PDF and try it. When I was in printing I ran into some weird issues printing directly from Indesign
