Afternoon. Quick question.
I came to a service call and noticed a history of fuser errors. I just wanted to see if the thermistors are dirty and I noticed they are not touching the heating element. Now on my experience with Brother, Sharp, canon, and HP. They always touch the heating element. Is this normal?
Take a look at the following history, a picture.

So, this is my first Samsung Fuser disassembly so I'm not familiar with the engineering. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.[emoji106]
