Bizhub C1085 Vertical banding on all colors

The bands are very close together. On an 11X17 page you would see probably 10-15 vertical bands. If you panic stop the machine you can see the bands on the belt. The bands are clearly noticeable on half tones but can be seen on solids as well if you look closely. Any Ideas?
Here are the parts recently replaced

4) Developer units (New style)
4) Developers
4) Coronas
4) Drums
1) transfer Belt and CYMK transfer rollers
1) 1st transfer drive motor
1) 2nd transfer drive motor

Swapped with another machine right next to it

There is a black LFR that helps but doesn't resolve it completely. We found that after dong a color linearization (max density, density balance etc...) that helped as well. So with both combinations we got it so its no longer an issue with the customer. And since we color linearize this particular printer after doing a pm the issue hasn't came back up. I hope this helps you.

result so far . did on the similar lines so far, lines faintly visible in certain colors . I am 100% sure its related to K .
