My printer often gets paper jam and the top margin is off the mark. I saw following video about solenoid problem
with 2400 series printers.

I am trying to open the side covers of my printer to get to the solenoid. I could remove 4 screws which I saw
but still can't open the right side cover.
Does any one know how to remove the side covers and fix the solenoids? Can I put any felt tape or electrical
tape once I am able to get to solenoid to replace the sticky part?
