Goodmorning everyone,
Got a customer that is trying to print a banner 25x70 and gets this white-ish band in the middle of the print about 12cm long(see attached).
The paper is GL 300gsm,i tried with just A4 and get the same result.
Tried to mess around with fuser speeds and pressures but to no avail.

Inspecting The fuser nothing seems out of the ordinary so im kinda stumped

Im pretty sure its not a tranfer issue because if you inspect it against the light the paper gloss is gone in that part.
Could this be caused by the particular paper?
Ideas anyone?
P.S dont mind the thin white lines,they are from my scanner.
