Bizhub 950 scanning size error

Hello everyone...
I have bizhub 950 issue with scanning size error.
When i put A4 size paper on original glass its show 8×11.
Which cause image erase on top postion of paper.
Same when i put paper on feeder its show differnt size cause image erase..
If any setting or adjustment issue plzz telling urgently

Seems machine is set to US paper sizes.
There is a setting somewhere for metric by default.
That would be the first check.
The second is calibrating the feeder with the sheet with the black box.
Lastly the potentiometer under the tray may need replacement or just calibration.
Check your svc manual for details on how to perform.

I think the ad tray width adjustment may be the culprit.
Let us know.
