Konica 8031 PCL Driver suddently stopped working

I am not sure what happened. I have both the PCL and PS drivers installed. They both print to the TCP port setup on my computer. I used the PCL drives when I am printing barcode as they dont print with PS driver.

Anyway I never had any problems, suddenly PCL driver does not work. When I print to it I get an error. I know it is a windows problem as my laptop works fine and still prints to the PCL driver.

Any ideas what is going on. I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it, no help. I tried to download other drivers, no help either.

Any help would be great. Thanks

If your driver is corrupt you will have to completely remove it and do a fresh install.

From the printer folder click delete the PCL printer then click File-> Server Properties -> Drivers

Highlight the PCL driver and choose delete, either reboot or start and stop the print spooler. Then reinstall the driver.

You should now be printing again with PCL.
