Bizhub c454e, machine will print fine from the emperon controller with KM driver

When attempting to print from fiery driver - jobs hang and machine eventually codes out with C-FD30.

"ASIC second sheet DMA00 time out " ...

steps taken, replaced MFP HDD (although printing through the engine works fine, do not believe its an MFP issue personally)

• MFP board (MFPB) - replaced
• DSC board/1 (DSCB/1) - shouldnt be it
• DSC board/2 (DSCB/2) - shouldnt be it
• EFI relay board
(EFIRYB: VI-506) -replaced
• Dual scan image
processing board
(DSIPB) - shouldnt have anything to do with it

also the VI cable for the fiery has been replaced.

Also the fiery system code was reflashed --seemed to work for a day before crashing again.

ive replaced/reinstalled the fiery driver, tried creating new ports, restarting spooler, flashing mfp firmware, etc.

any ideas?

swapped the HDD on the fiery, reflashed system code 1.2 ... still same issue-

unable to print a config page /any "Print Pages" through the fiery engine - unable to print through fiery driver without blue flashing lights, eventual crash C-FD30.

have you replaced the ram on the mfp board yet?
should be setup LPR port 515 queue name Print

have you tried running the diagnostics?
maybe the results will help narrow it down.
is the marketing area set correctly?

Reference
The Self Diagnostic function conducts diagnosis for faulty memory and various boards in the main body when a trouble code is generated or main body activation failure occurs. The area of concern will not pass the diagnostic test (NG).

Prerequisites
Please install the latest firmware.

Procedure (using SERVICE MODE menu)
1. Call the Service Mode to the screen.
2. Touch these keys in this order: [State Confirmation] g [Self-diagnostic] g [Check All].
3. Press the Start key to start the check procedure.
4. When the check procedure is completed, the results are shown on the screen. If any of the check results are NG, take measures upon confirmation of the corruption details mentioned above and Next action.
Note: Press the Stop key to interrupt the check sequence.

Procedure (using main power switch)
1. Open the front door.
2. Turn the main power switch ON while pressing the power key. After a short beep sound is made once, release the power key and close the front door. Wait to display the self diagnosis (full check) screen.
3. After displaying the self diagnosis screen, press the start key. The self diagnosis (full check) is started. The result of the diagnosis is displayed for every item. (OK/NG)
4. After finishing the diagnosis for all items, turn the main power switch OFF.
5. If there is an item displaying NG, investigate the NG item and take countermeasures.

• Corruption of On Board Memory on the MFP board
• Corruption of battery

Replace the MFP board.

Pattern Check

Execute Read Check for the pattern ready written in the area secured in On Board Memory on the MFP board for Read.

• The pattern data for test cannot be read because the pattern data for test has been rewritten, or a contact failure of the electrical parts
occurred.
• The correct information cannot be read because the data in the area for Read has been modified due to
software failure, or a failure of the electrical parts occurred.

Replace the MFP board.
