Stumbled on a Bizhub 7255 with a Pi-110 I picked up for less than 100 Bucks. Low Meter (1.5 m), had drum etc. replaced in 05. I have no Experience with a High production Machine like that but bought it to explore it what it can do and how it works.
Looking for a service manual and can this be hooked up to OSX?

MAC 10.4 is the last Mac OS supported
Self-Help Product Support | Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. (http://onyxweb.mykonicaminolta.com/OneStopProductSupport?appMode=Public)
type 7255 in the box and see what drivers are available.

You should of charged them $100 to take it away not the other way around.

Here that machine is scrap metal value and has not been supported for years, not sure about over there.

Here they go to the junkyard, 3 generations back, and every one of the generations were toner/developer spewing pigs! good luck getting parts, the 2 series is long into obsolescence.
BTW, to print it would have to have the addon ip unit. 511 if memory serves.

I was stripping parts to throw away old machines in the warehouse today and found one, with print controller, that looks new and has 85,000 total meter. Looks like a nice rental or loaner. I just couldn't throw it away. It looks really great.

To me they look really solid build, Layout makes sense, easy to access compared to the more modern ones.

its still a 15 year old headache. id use it for a loaner but never for sale.
12/2002 it was officially discontinued and no parts or supplies are made for it anymore.

Bottom line, you think K/M would of learned that recycling waste toner just don't work on high volume machines! Paper dust contaminates the developer. Kept this same foot print for over 10 yrs. From Di-750 all the way until a few years ago with the Bizhub 601/751. All that time you think they would've changed the design. Of course not...

Actually I just added this to my all time top 10 list for worse copiers ever made. If you can't get a 75 ppm "production model" machine to run PM to PM when the cycle is only 250k then that machine is a piece of crap! I've had the "pleasure" of servicing this design from the Di-750 up to the Biz 751 and never met one I liked. Including brand new out of the box.

Had only one that worked OK for medium volume office but only after adding an LCC. The paper feed system is horrible on these.
