Is it happening on all colors or just Magenta? How many total prints on the magenta developing unit?

That problem will happen if the machine sits for long periods or if the customer does nothing but continuous low-coverage printing. Humidity also plays a factor, as well as the levelness of the machine.

You can fix the problem by increasing the developer conveyance speed. Change DIP SW 46-4 to a '1', then do Gamma Automatic Adjustment. Also change DIP SW 44-5 and 44-6 to a '1'.

Since your current developer is depleted, it'll take a few hundred copies for it to get toned back up after performing the above settings.
