Have a C224e that was running fine. Call came in for jamming when trying to duplex. Single sided copies work fine. When it jams, copies are coming out on the bottom part of switch-back (It should be on top for 2 sided). After checking EVERYTHING I figured out that the problem goes away if you keep constant pressure on the side door. Everything looks good, but there doesn't seem to be any adjustability to the "hooks" or "holders" that latch the door shut. Am I missing something stupid? Has anyone had this before? Any help would be great.
Thanks
Mike

I've seen this when the door was removed for some reason. Took a lot of small adjustments to get it to latch properly again. The slightest touch on the door would make it pop open enough to flag the MS. Emujo

The door latches fine and doesn't open on its own.

Any chance you'd be able to send it to me, or give me a bulletin #? Thanks
