    BizHub c360 - CSV Address Book Upload error

    Hello everyone,

    I am using the PageScope Data Administrator Address Book Manager to import SMB and Email addresses into our fleet of printers in our office. This worked for our 3 224e's and 4050 but when I try it on the C360 I get a non descript error code. Does anyone have an idea why this is? Also does anyone know the latest firmware number for this printer?

      I created an account just to reply to this this post...
      I was doing a big server migration over the weekend and was stuck in the same place as you.. Was getting that error every step of the way..
      After giving it a break for a few hours I had a thought... Uninstall the PageScope Data Admin program and download the oldest version available (4.1.360) and after installing I was able to import users for SMB scanning and creating users through the pagescope software. I think the konica's we have havent been updated to the latest firmware. Hope this helps.

          Long Story short.. uninstall the pagescope and install the oldest version available (4.1.36000)
