C-D231 error on a Bizhub C450

I am getting a C-D231 error on a Bizhub C450 and cannot find any references to it can anybody help please

- The DIMM for FAX is not mounted during the FAX board is mounting.
- The FAX board is not mounted when the FAX board mounting is set ON at Service Mode.
