I have a C6500 with about 2.8 million imps that hasn't been used for approximately 3 years and was wondering what potential issues I might encounter restarting this machine.
The reason I haven't used this one was just that I got a new C6501 and just started using that instead.
Beyond performing a PM and installing new coronas, drums, developer units and fresh developer powder, is there anything I should be concerned with or watch for while re-commissioning?
I'm just thinking ahead and appreciate any advise!

The main thing that I would worry about is the cleaning blades gluing themselves to the drums/transfer belt. So I think that I would prime the drums and transfer belt, and rotate each manually through a few rotations. If there is a cleaning or sticking problem you'll be able to identify it immediately, then replace the appropriate items.

The developer might re-constitute itself after a period or use. You won't really know that until you run it a bit. =^..^=
