Hello everyone..
I have a bizhub 600 which show paper jamming J-3206.
I will check completely but nothing paper anywhere.
I replace complete ADU unit but still issue same.
Have any friend idea how to resolve this issue.

its the exit sensor turning on during idle.
not an ADU issue.

take the left end cover off and remove the exit assembly. paper maybe stuck in there and the mylar could be bent . could also be adu pwb

yeah, give that actuator an extra spring wrap if you can.
sensor check 24-2 is the exit sensor PS37

1. "Service Mode screen"
Press the [State Confirmation] key.

2. "State Confirmation screen"
Press the [Sensor Check] key.

3. "Sensor Check screen"
Enter the check code and the multi code with the sheet number setting button.
The condition (H/L) of the sensor appears.

4. When conducting other sensor checks, repeat Step 3.

5. Press the [OK] key.
State Confirmation screen appears.

i'd try to reflash firmware then
trace the exit wire back to the prcb and check for a pinched or chafed wire along the way.
