Jamming on SRA3 in LS501 Stacker

I have to look at a LS501 stacker on a C6500 next week and must fix it, It jams everytime at the front stopper but only on SRA3 - ok on all other sizes. From the description I have been given it looks like the shift mechanism is not going to the correct position for this paper size.

Not really had any problems with this bit of kit and manual description is very vague,

Has anyone seen this fault or be able to advise?

I think you need to check with Konica. Pretty sure there is a mod for this problem.

Just looked at my KM bulletins but could find no info - have you any further details - could someone post the bulletin.
