in bizhub 501 if i perform copying from first tray its come only one sheet and shows replenish as the tray is filled with peper...and when i remove tray and keep it back again one sheet comes out ....i already change pick up roller unit , peper size sensor unit...but the same result....waiting for replys....thanq

sounds like the black paper set actuator is broken. check your feed assy carefully. compare to working tray.

replace the tray lock. its not holding the tray in. make sure the tray is not cracked in the lock area. common on these

Sir I also have 501 it gives more error codes then it prints copies latest one is TCR Adjustment problem when we perform TCR it gives Error 6 any idea how to solve this?
One more is this machine any good in terms of image quality and reliability?
