[Error Code] Develop ineo 215 Error message

When i turn on the machine Develop Ineo 215 а Message appears "check scan mode" and red lights error
What could be reason to that and how it can be removed this message ?

It probably failed to transmit a scan. Go to the scan option and check if there is a message.

Originally the problem was the machine could be not found as a "windows" scanner or a scanning program. but only as a printer.
The problem was was the board we changed from the same machine model.
The machine already prints and scans, but it appears message "Check scan mode" and red light error.
